What’s your home worth?

Getting it right from the start

Ever wondered, what’s my home worth? Every property sale starts with a valuation, and getting this right is crucial. Our local knowledge and experience in Glasgow property, as well as our instinct and skill, allows us to accurately value your property and ensure your sale gets off to the best start.

How it works

Our free valuation service couldn’t be easier. Find out how much your property is worth with our no obligation valuation.

It couldn’t be simpler to arrange a valuation with Walker Wylie.  Simply fill out the form below, or give us a call on 0141 404 1333 and we will find a time that suits to come out and view your property.

During our visit we evaluate your property and note its key highlights as well as offering advice about any small changes that could increase the potential value of your property.

We will discuss our valuation with you and follow up with the formal valuation in writing.

If you chose to sell with us, you’ll pay one fixed sales fee, only after your property has sold. Our fixed marketing fee is £250 + VAT. We can manage all your viewings, for a flat fee of £150 +VAT (this covers an unlimited amount of viewings across an eight week period). We also offer some added extras like HD video footage and drone footage, for an extra cost, available on request.
