Here at Walker Wylie, we’re incredibly fortunate to say that despite the obstacles thrown at us this year, we’ve had our best year on record. We’ve sold some amazing properties and achieved our clients even more amazing prices. We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who has put their faith in us this year to sell their properties. That’s why we’ve decided to look over our 10 favourite Glasgow property sales of the year (in no particular order)!
Ledi Drive, Bearsden
A stunning three-bedroom end terrace property in Bearsden. Ledi Drive had enquiries coming in from the minute it hit the internet. The property quickly received an offer in excess of home report value and was sold.
Carna Drive, Simshill
A three-bedroom, two reception room semi detached house in a popular residential locale in the Southside. The owners conducted a staggering 30 viewings over 4 days before agreeing a fantastic sale price above home report value.
