When our buyers ask us to sell their property in turn, we jump at the chance. That was the case with our June property of the month, when our buyers asked us to get their stunning West End Apartment on the market. Within two weeks, we’d generated almost 40 viewings and secured a fantastic price for the property.
Sometimes a quick turnaround is required to get a property out there on the market. In many cases, clients have found a property before they’ve had the chance to put their own property up for sale.

A property in demand
This was a truly stunning two-bedroom traditional ground floor flat in an incredible red sandstone building, traditional to the West End of Glasgow. It had the ideal combination of modern living, coming to market in great condition, complimented with beautiful period and design details – such as ceiling roses, stripped wooden floorboards, exposed brickwork and a fireplace. The pictures speak for themselves.
The West End Apartment also had a much-coveted private secluded front garden which gets the sun all afternoon and into the evening, plus a gorgeous communal back garden. What’s more, it was in a fabulous location: close to shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, University of Glasgow, Kelvin Walkway, the Botanic Gardens and Kelvingrove Park.
We weren’t surprised to sell this for an amount significantly over the Home report value of £260k.
