Our December property of the month is set in a beautiful tree lined address and sold just five days before Christmas. We take a look at how we got this great result for our client at what is traditionally a quieter time of year for the market. And have a look at our fantastic pictures too.

We knew immediately this was a property that had multiple selling points that viewers would fall in love with.
Set on the top floor of a commanding red sandstone tenement and in a great position on a desirable tree lined crescent, we knew these aspects would be a big draw for our viewers. The location was also a key selling point – well placed for the vibrant West End of Glasgow and a short distance from the numerous amenities on Hyndland Street, Byres Road and Dumbarton Road.
Step inside and we could see the selling points that would make this property stand out from others. It boasted beautiful original features throughout such as decorative cornicing, fireplace, sash windows and stripped wooden floors as well as a bright spacious lounge and modern kitchen. The communal garden was also something to highlight to prospective buyers.
