Our August property of the month is a one of a kind upper cottage flat in the much-loved area of Kelvindale. We knew this property would generate a lot of viewings – and we weren’t wrong. Two weeks and over 20 potential buyers later, we had secured a fantastic price for the property. Read on to find out how we did it.
A location we know and love
With a uniqueness and location we knew would appeal to buyers, this property generated huge demand.
A three-bedroom cottage flat, with a roof space which has been beautifully converted into a large double bedroom and ensuite shower-room. Flexible living, ample storage and tastefully decorated throughout, we knew the property would have wide appeal.
And the location sold itself. Situated in the West End neighbourhood of Kelvindale, this is a desirable area – and one of the draws that we used to market the property to reach as broad and big an audience as possible.
